4. Disclaimer
(a) Billing and Payment:
Sails Funnels is a subscription-based service available on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is required at the start of each billing cycle, as indicated at checkout.
All billing is conducted in United States Dollars (USD), regardless of your location.
(b)No Refunds:
All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and yearly plans, as well as any unused portion of the subscription.
(c)Free Trials:
If a free trial is offered, you agree to these Terms even during the trial period. At the end of the trial, if you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee in USD.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account settings or contacting us at

(e)Subscription Renewals:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Sails Funnels to charge your payment method on file for subsequent billing periods in USD.

The materials and services provided by Sails Funnels are offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Sails Funnels does not guarantee:

That the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Any particular results or business outcomes from using the software or services.
Sails Funnels disclaims all liability for damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the software or related services.
5. Intellectual Property
